Spanish government appoints minister of sex

Spanish government, have appointed a minister of sex in a bid to improve the declining rates of childbirth which have plaque the country in recent times. Edelmira Barreira was appointed the minister of sex by prime minister Mariano Rajoy.

The aim of the Spanish government is to increase the declining rate of childbirth, which is threatening the population of the country, by getting Spaniards to produce more babies.

Long working hours, eating late at night and stress are believed to be the cause of the failing rate of childbirths by top medical professionals, which has placed the country among one the developed countries with the lowest birth rate.
